- Loosen the Side Pulls and hold each end of the brace with the Side Pulls facing out. (Note: to ensure the supporter is in the correct orientation, the tag located on the inside right of the support has arrows which should be pointing up.)
- Pull the left side firmly across your middle section- about 2 inches below the navel (never position above the navel).
- Overlap the right side and secure with hook and loop fastener.
- Make precision adjustments with the Side Pull Straps.Secure with hook and loop fastener.
