How do I use the Back Support?

  1. Loosen the Side Pulls and hold each end of the brace with the Side Pulls facing out. (Note: to ensure the supporter is in the correct orientation, the tag located on the inside right of the support has arrows which should be pointing up.)

  2. Pull the left side firmly across your middle section- about 2 inches below the navel (never position above the navel).

  3. Overlap the right side and secure with hook and loop fastener.

  4. Make precision adjustments with the Side Pull Straps.Secure with hook and loop fastener.
